Govt approves ‘screening test’ for CSS aspirants

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – Aspirants for the Central Superior Services (CSS) would have to pass a screening test before being allowed to appear in competitive exam, according to Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry.

He was updating the media on a decision reached by the federal cabinet, which was chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He stated that the cabinet has “approved the conduct of a CSS aspirant screening test.”
The move is in accordance with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's desire to restructure Pakistan's civil service and institutions.
