Pattoki - Thirteen people have been arrested in connection with the assassination of a rice cracker vendor at a wedding.
According to FIR, rice cracker vendor Mohammad Ashraf got into a argument with attendees at a wedding ceremony and was attacked and dragged into the wedding hall.
He passed away on the spot. The event gained attention as video emerged of wedding guests eating throughout the ceremony while Ashraf's body lay in the wedding hall. The video went viral on social media, igniting public outrage at the wedding attendees' callousness.

13 individuals have been apprehended and are being interrogated, according to Pattoki DSP Asif Hanif.
Punjab Police Inspector General Rao Sardar Ali Khan took notice of the incident and directed Kasur District Police Officer (DPO) Sohaib Ashraf to arrest the culprits.
