School of Motivation has continued its supplies and work for flood relief and sent blankets and jackets to Sindh through Pakistan Marines -- It may be recalled that School of Motivation has provided tremendous support for the flood effected people in different areas of Pakistan which include supplies of rations / life saving medicines / stiched clothes / anti snake vaccines /Moquito nets / Life boats / Life jackets in villages of Chasma Rd ( Thatha Balochan / Bund korai / Mubarik Shah / Ghaibi / Sardary wala / Jabaray wala / etc and of prowa Rd --Areas of South Punjab (-Rajan pur / Taunsa Sharif )/ Areas of Sindh( Sujawal -- Sakkhur -- Dadu --Qambar Shahzad kot ‐- Sanghar -- Khaipro --Jakababad )--in Collaboration with Pak Navy /Army Aviation and Pak Air Force under able command of CEO Lt Cdr ( R ) Shawaz Baluch ---School of Motivation has also established Hunar Centres in different parts of Pakistan which provide free training to females and Transgenders in Cooking / Parlour / IT /--' School of Motivation is active in many welfare projects ie Warm clothing supply to children and poor people in winter / Solar installations in areas having no electricity-- Treatment of Disable people _ Marriages of poor girls --providing helmets to motorcyclists _ Preparation of motorcycles for disable and providing hearing aids to deaf ---It may be kept in mind that Lt Cdr ( R ) Shawaz Baluch was a Naval Pilot who lost his eye sight ----But he showed great courage and qualified high education degrees and courses ie ist Blind to get PMP degree from prestigious international institutions / obtained gold medal from Bahria University --He became a well known National & International motivational speaker and won many international contests --He became President Toast master and Pak Blind Association---While in service , he was awarded President Sanad in 2018 and CNS award
