According to the complaint, he was tortured on the orders of Rafique and Noman, who were seated in another vehicle at the murder scene. He went on to say that their personnel couldn't torture him unless the accused political leaders gave their permission.
Major Haris, of 126 L/C, said in the FIR that a white SUV lost control and collided with his car near Cavalry Ground.
A bunch of men jumped out of the car and began beating his vehicle with iron rods as Major Haris sought to engage the driver. Later, the PML-N leader's bodyguards dragged Major Haris from his vehicle and began beating him.
