The Pakistan Supreme Court ordered Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani to surrender to the National Accountability Bureau on Friday (NAB).
During a hearing on the provincial assembly speaker's plea for bail in an assets beyond means case, the orders were issued.
The case was being heard by a three-member bench led by Justice Umar Ata Bandial.
During the hearing, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah stated that the Sindh High Court had dismissed Durrani's bail application on the merits.
"Without the high court's ruling, the Supreme Court cannot conduct a hearing on this plea," he said.
