Real estate tycoon Malik Riaz and his son Ahmed Ali Riaz have had their 10-year multi-entry visit visas revoked by UK courts.
"Whilst there has not been a criminal conviction against you, I am satisfied on probabilities that you have been involved with corruption and financial/commercial misconduct," Lady Justice Nicolas Davies ruled in dismissing Riaz and his son's appeal.
"As a result, in light of the United Kingdom's commitment to combating corruption and financial crime, I believe that your exclusion from the United Kingdom is in the public interest as a result of your behaviour, character, and associations," Justice Nicolas stated.
