In a video she posted on her Instagram account from Karachi, Shah can be seen unpacking a handful of liquor bottles.
The Tiktok celebrity begins the video by pulling bottles of alcoholic beverages from a plastic bag as her spouse, who is filming her, names the brands.
Alcoholic beverages are illegal in Pakistan for Muslims, who make up more than 97 percent of the population, and those who break the prohibitions face severe penalties.
Users on social media are widely criticising the government for taking no action against people who share such stuff openly and without fear.
